sidumodlaminiThe New Age reports that Cosatu president S’dumo Dlamini has slammed EFF leader Julius Malema, accusing him of a cloak-and-dagger operation to “divide” the ANC ahead of the party’s extended national working committee (NWC) meeting on Monday.

This was said after Malema claimed in a tweet last Friday that Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa in an NEC meeting broke ranks with President Jacob Zuma by asking him to resign.  “The ANC should be larger than Malema’s dirty tricks even if he still has some connections in the ANC.  People should look at Malema for who he is.  Julius will always want to see an ANC that is fighting among itself.  Julius wants a divided ANC,” Dlamini said.  While the ANC will hold an NWC meeting on Monday, the labour movement will hold its own meeting on Tuesday to “reflect and formulate a view” on a damming Constitutional Court judgment on the security upgrades at Zuma’s Nkandla residence.
