fsbANA reports that the Financial Services Board (FSB) on Friday issued a warning to members of the public to be wary of unscrupulous individuals swindling people for a fee to recover their unpaid pension benefits.

The FSB said these individuals were pretending to be Alexander Forbes representatives and urged members of the public to be vigilant if approached by them.  Alexander Forbes confirmed that they had "no association” with any of the said entities and indicated that their general approach was not to use “agents” that worked as go-betweens between them and their clients, but to deal with their clients directly.
