ANA reports that the inquiry into the 2015 Grayston Drive pedestrian and cyclist structural bridge collapse in Johannesburg, which left two people dead and 19 others injured, will resume on Tuesday.
After a week’s recess, the Department of Labour-appointed inquiry will hear testimony from Formscaff, which provides an array of products and services to a range of construction and civil engineering industries. The inquiry rounded off its previous week’s work with a site visit to the scene of the fatal accident. With a break on local election day, the inquiry will hold further hearings on Thursday and Friday this week.
