BusinessLive reports that the lawyer for suspended SA Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee (Sascoc) CEO, Tubby Reddy, says he is still waiting for evidence of sexual harassment against his client despite his repeated requests to see it.
This emerged as the probe into acts of misconduct against Reddy was extended to the end of August so investigators could fine comb digital data from a desktop computer‚ laptops and the Sascoc server. Reddy was suspended on full pay a month ago pending the outcome of the probe‚ which was supposed to have been concluded by this past Friday. He has been accused of sexual harassment by a female employee‚ although other charges are also in the mix.
