SowetanLive reports that the CEO of Business Leadership SA (BLSA)‚ Bonang Mohale‚ has committed the business community to transformation‚ job creation‚ inclusive growth and the fight against the “deceitful” white monopoly capital campaign.
Speaking on Wednesday in Alexandra‚ Johannesburg, at the launch of a historic six point contract with SA, Mohale said business was committed to economic transformation. The contract committed the business community to: creating jobs by growing the economy; encouraging and empowering senior black leadership; investing in South Africans; investing in communities; supporting small businesses; and condemning and rooting out corruption. Mohale and Nicky Newton-King‚ CEO of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE)‚ signed the contract on behalf of the BLSA board and council.
