Caxton News Services reports that a man, believed to be 57-years-old, is in a critical condition after sustaining a serious wound to his stomach.  

ER24 paramedics found the man lying on the floor at his home in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal, on Sunday.  “It is believed the man was working with an angle grinder when the blade of the grinder came off,” said Annine Siddall, ER24 spokesperson.  He was transported to RK Khan Hospital.
