EWN reports that Western Cape commuters have been warned to make alternative means of transport as all taxi groups across the province are expected to go on strike on Monday morning.
The taxi organisation's provincial spokesperson Besuthu Ndungane said it was time Western Cape Transport MEC Donald Grant paid attention to the pleas of local taxi associations. He indicated that, among a number of demands; the taxi industry wanted to discuss the matter of vehicle impoundments.
