solidariteitNetwerk24 reports that trade union Solidarity has launched the first South African smart phone app that focuses on labour law.

The app, named Regskliek, offers users the convenience of accessing labour advice in Afrikaans in the palm of their hand, says Johan Kruger, deputy chief executive at Solidarity.  He added that through the app, users will have direct and quick access to a labour expert to get answer to their questions in an easy mannner.  Lindie de Beer, Solidarity’s manager of electronic communications, indicated that the app can be used to scrutinise employment contracts, draw up wills and download templates.  Regskliek can be downloaded at the iStore and Google Play Store.
