News24 reports that low staff morale and poor management are some of the problems Tshwane mayor Solly Msimanga has encountered in his first month in office.
He said on Tuesday: “We are trying to bring it back up so that employees can feel that they are valued and feel excited about serving the people. We want to ensure that our employees are better taken care of.” Plans are being drawn up to rectify the problems and turn things around.
