Speaking to members outside the Sasol offices in Rosebank‚ Johannesburg‚ on Thursday, Amcu president Joseph Mathunjwa praised them for continuing with the strike without any incidents of violence. He told management representatives who came to receive the workers’ memorandum that he was willing to immediately talk. The representatives took his offer and a meeting was then convened to try and find common ground.
