EWN reports that South African Airways (SAA) chairperson Dudu Myeni told a parliamentary committee on Wednesday that the national carrier had discovered employees on its payroll that do not exist.
She was addressing the Standing Committee on Finance on the airline's financial position. “It was a grave concern for the board to discover ‘ghost employees’. For instance, we’ve had employees in Malaysia where we don’t operate. So, those are areas that this board is working hard to address,” Myeni advised.
