Netwerk24 reports that two paramedics of the Buthelezi ambulance service were killed when the ambulance they were travelling in overturned some 30 km north of Bloemfontein on Sunday.
The accident happened at about 05:30 on the N1 north of the city. A patient who was in the back of the Gauteng-registered vehicle suffered light injuries and was admitted to the Pelonomi hospital. The cause of the accident is not yet known.
