SA TourismFin24 reports that in a statement on Thursday, the board of SA Tourism (SAT) announced that acting CEO Sthembiso Dlamini had resigned.

Dlamini, who was the chief operations officer, was appointed to the acting position after former CEO Sisa Ntshona returned to the private sector in May this year. The process to appoint a permanent CEO is still underway and SAT said it was hoping to conclude the matter in the very near future. According to a reliable source, Dlamini will be joining Gauteng Tourism.
