sabcBDLive reports that Prof Mbulaheni Maguvhe, SA Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) chairman, has announced that Hlaudi Motsoeneng can apply for his old job of chief operating officer when it is advertised.

He stated:  "When we advertise, he can apply.  Nothing stops him from applying."  Motsoeneng lost the job following a Supreme Court of Appeal ruling.  But Maguvhe indicated:  "People are saying the Supreme Court of Appeal says he should be fired.  That is not the judgment we have.”  In the meantime, Motsoeneng will return to his previous position of group executive of corporate affairs at the SABC, Maguvhe said.
